3/30/25 This has been on my radar and list of places to try. Didn't disappoint. We had a party of 8 and easily sat us quickly. They have table and booths seating. Ambiance was nice not crowded and very clean. Service was quick and our waiter was great , i didn't get his name tho. We ordered a bunch of stuff family style . Sweet and Sour pork , Cashew Beef, Beef & Broccoli, Spicy Shrimp & Calamari, Yellow Curry , Pa-nang Curry, Basil fried rice with shrimp , Egg rolls, Pad Thai noodles and last but not least Papaya Salad. We ordered some beers as well to wash it all down . Everything came out nice and hot and was all very flavorful. Not 1 thing stood out better because it was all so delicious. Definitely will be coming back. Some food not pictured because I was too busy stuffing my face . I highly recommend this place . This is probably 1 of my top Thai places now . Enjoy !!!!

Had our monthly ladies dinner here on Thursday. Thai is always a fav with this group! Service was outstanding as was the food! We ordered the peanut sauce and pad Thai and Hawaiian fried rice. All of the dishes were great but the Hawaiian fried rice was a revelation, a little spicy with cashews and raisins and pineapple. Delicious! And the peanut sauce was also great with lightly steamed cabbage and broccoli and carrots. It was also great! The pad Thai was fine. It's a basic Thai dish and not particularly interesting to me but there was nothing wrong with it. The portions on the peanut and pad Thai were kinda small for the price and it always annoys me when an Asian restaurant charges extra for rice which is a super cheap dish. I'm sure we'll be back when it's time for Thai again!

As you walk in through the doors, the front wasn't really that impressive with 3 extra wide booths that seats maybe 6 people per booth, but the seating towards the back is more resemblant of a nice restaurant sans white table cloth, with black chairs and tables. They had fresh roses at every table which is a really nice touch. And the folded cloth napkin was really a welcome sight compared to other places where they either wrap the silverware with the napkin or laid flat on the table. To drink, I had the Thai Iced Tea and it was delicious, a little on the sweeter side but it was good, I had 2. For starters I ordered the chicken satay which didn't really have any other seasoning but a sprinkling of curry but the peanut-like sauce more than made up for the blandness. I had the Pad See Ew with shrimp, as you have a choice of what protein you want with it. It was good but the flat rice noodle was too soft that the dish was kinda mushy, I really wanted the noodles a little bit more al dente. Also, while I understand that most Thai dishes tend to be on the sweet side to balance out the spiciness of some of their dishes, the Pad See Ew is usually not spicy with some saltiness to it. It was just plain sweet for my taste. I have to give a shout out to my server who has provided great service. He continually checked on me and asked if there's anything else he can get for me. Now here's why I took off a star. I'm not really fond of the fact that some establishments pass on part of their operating cost to their customers by charging extra if you're using your card versus paying with cash. Which is what happened here. Not a lot of people carry cash anymore because of convenience and safety reasons. Aside from that, it was a good place to eat at.

A friend and I had another delicious lunch at A Taste of Thai Cuisine today. My friend had the Ginger Chicken lunch special and I had the Peanut Lover with veggies lunch special. Both items were new to us, but super tasty. Service was friendly, helpful and attentive. And speedy. Our lunches came out pretty darn quick. The restaurant is cutely decorated, the lighting is dim, and it feels warm and intimate. And though the restaurant was fairly busy, it was still quiet enough that my friend and I could hear each other speak. That is rare, but very welcome, these days. A Taste of Thai Cuisine is conveniently located right off Moana, near Josef's Bakery. So, easy to get to and easy parking. We'll definitely be back.

A Taste of Thai: A Solid Contender in Town On my quest to conquer every Thai restaurant in town, A Taste of Thai definitely holds its own. We enjoyed a delicious spread: Panang curry with chicken, Pad See Ew with extra eggs (a must!), shrimp tempura, and Tom Kha soup. Everything was well-seasoned and satisfying. Service was attentive and friendly, which always elevates the experience. If you're looking for a reliable Thai spot with classic dishes done right, give A Taste of Thai a try!

Great Thai spot close to home. So why is it the closest places to home are the ones we try the least ? After a class next door, friends and I walked next door to Taste for lunch. The décor is warm, inviting and simple. Lunch time was nice and quiet. The staff very friendly. We shared some creamy piping hot crab ragoons and delicious fresh spring rolls. The Tom Kha really hit the spot. Just the right 1 spice for my palate, but tons of seafood and that light hint of coconut. All the lunch portions were pretty good sized. To go boxes were passed around the table. Located in an older strip mall on Moana, it shares a rather larger parking lot with the other businesses.

Pork fried rice is a favorite not to be missed. A Taste of Thai serves a large portion that was the perfect lunch. To be fair one dish is a small sample but an excellent staple tells me much about what they offer. Definitely will visit again and try some appetizers and curries. The service today was very good. Just enough check ins to be sure all was well but never bothersome. The decor is beautiful, just look at the pictures. A Taste of Thai is in a shopping center on Moana with plenty of parking. Enjoy!
